FAQs – Royal Shine Pickup & Delivery (Atlanta)

  1. How does pickup and delivery work?
    We pick up your items from your home or office, service them, and deliver them back—typically within 48 hours.
     
  2. What areas do you serve?
    We serve Atlanta and surrounding areas.
     
  3. Is there a minimum order?
    Yes. Minimum 5 pairs per order/pickup.
     
  4. How long does service take?
    Most orders are returned within 48 hours from pickup. Some heavy restoration or specialty materials may take longer—if so, we’ll let you know.
     
  5. Do you service sneakers?
    Yes. We clean and restore sneakers as well as professional footwear. (Results vary by material and condition.)
     
  6. What types of shoes do you service?
    Dress shoes, loafers, oxfords, boots, work shoes, and sneakers. If you’re unsure about a pair, contact us with a quick description.
     
  7. Do you shine boots?
    Yes. Boots are welcome (boot pricing or a boot upgrade may apply, depending on the service selected).
     
  8. Can I mix services in one order?
    Yes. You can mix tiers (Standard / Premium / Mirror Shine) and sneaker cleaning in the same pickup.
     
  9. What’s included in each service tier?
    Standard is maintenance shine, Premium adds deeper cleaning and scuff work, and Mirror Shine is a high-gloss formal finish (toe shine).
     
  10. Do you repair shoes (soles, stitching, heel replacement)?
    We focus on cleaning, shining, and restoration. For major repairs, we may refer you to a repair partner.
     
  11. Can you remove scuffs and scratches?
    We can reduce many surface scuffs and marks. Deep gouges or peeling may have limited improvement.
     
  12. Can you remove salt stains or water marks?
    Yes—salt/water stain treatment is available (often as an add-on).
     
  13. Do you offer color touch-ups?
    Yes, when applicable. Color touch-ups may be an add-on and results vary by material.
     
  14. How do I prepare my shoes for pickup?
    Place 5+ pairs in a bag or box. Add notes for special requests (scuffs, stain treatment, extra shine, etc.).
     
  15. Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?
    Not always. You can leave items with a receptionist/front desk or in a designated spot.
     
  16. How do I leave special instructions?
    Add notes at checkout (example: “Pair #2—focus on toe scuffs” or “Sneakers—deep clean only”).
     
  17. How do I pay?
    You pay online at checkout when you book.
     
  18. Do you offer recurring pickup service?
    Yes—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules are available for customers who want consistent upkeep.
     
  19. What if my sneakers are white or heavily stained?
    We’ll do our best and recommend deep-clean add-ons when needed. Some stains may not fully lift depending on fabric/material and how long they’ve set.
     
  20. What if I have designer shoes or delicate materials?
    We handle them with care. Let us know the material and any concerns before service so we can use the safest process.
