These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Royal Shine (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or using our pickup & delivery shoe and sneaker care services, you agree to these Terms.
Royal Shine provides shoe shining, cleaning, and restoration for footwear including dress shoes, boots, and sneakers (“Items”). Services may include cleaning, conditioning, polishing, scuff reduction, edge dressing, and related add-ons selected at checkout.
We serve Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas. We may decline orders outside our service area.
A minimum of five (5) pairs per order/pickup is required unless stated otherwise in writing.
Pickup/delivery time windows are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, order volume, or other operational needs. You are responsible for providing accurate address details, access instructions, and a safe pickup/drop-off location. If you request contactless or front-desk delivery, you authorize us to leave Items at the location you specify.
Our standard turnaround is typically within 48 hours from pickup. This is not a guarantee and may take longer for heavy restoration, specialty materials, large orders, holidays, or unexpected delays.
Prices are shown online and may change at any time. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. Payment is due at booking unless otherwise stated.
If we arrive and cannot access the location, cannot locate the Items, or the pickup/delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or access issues, the order may be rescheduled, and a service fee may apply ($[20.00 may apply if applicable).
Please package Items in a bag/box, remove valuables, and disclose special materials or concerns (suede, nubuck, delicate finishes, custom paint, etc.) before service.
Results vary by material and condition. Some stains, scuffs, discoloration, odor, cracking, peeling, dry rot, or separation may not be fully correctable. We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage or normal wear.
If you believe an Item was damaged due to our handling, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If we are responsible, our liability is limited to the service amount paid for the affected pair(s) and will not exceed $200.00 per pair (if you choose to set a cap). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may refuse service for Items that are unsafe to handle or not suitable for our processes (e.g., excessive mold or contamination).
